Telkom and Mweb Utter Useless bunch of people

<p>so it has been days my internet started to play up.so i go do a bit of fault finding and turns out my sync speed was reduced from 508/2550 to 508/1536. phone and phone and phone everytime i get the same asnswer the matter has been escalated...... right so wait some more still nothing has been do solve my issue. phone Mweb as well JUST AS USELESS AS TELKOM. i cant belive that these companies who have the manopily in this industry can be so ****. everytime you speak to a consultant they are either uneducated and too dumb to help or they just dont care COME ON GUYS start taking pride in your job we are paying for a service you dont give a **** about.</p> <p>i will be looking at wireless services from now on to get away from these useless companies and i sugest the rest of south africa follows suit,please dont support these companies.</p>
