Telkom and MTN ***** porting

What a shocking experience having my cell phone number ********** 767 ported from Telkom to Mtn without my knowledge , On the 09th of May I got an sms that someone wants to port my number and I must sms STOP to cancel the process within 40min I did so and also got a reply that the port has been stopped from Telkom. I immediately called Telkom to make sure of that and the consultant confirmed that my number is safe. Only to find out on Saturday people are trying to call me but my phone goes on voice mail and to that when I call someone I have been given ********** now as my number how is that possible?????

I called numerous times with Telkom and Mtn to get this mess sorted from Saturday to today and still not been resolved. Mtn tells me my number has been reversed to Telkom and that they need to acknowledge at Telkom back my number. Then Telkom tells me a case has been opened it will take 48hrs to be fixed and now it is more than 4 days and still no help and my number goes straight to voicemail and the inconvenience is unbearable for my business, work,family and friends : ( . Can I please get my cell phone number back
