Telkom and MTN doesn't know whats going on.

MTN takes cell number with out our Knowledge/consent.

We have a Telkom number ***, This number was in use for years/active with top up payments done frequently for data and airtime, prepaid number.

MTN has ported over the Telkom number above with out our permission and the number is currently in use with Telkom

We phoned Shilngilwe from Telkom, today, she doesn't know what happened and there's no reference number for the call. Wasn't helpful and did not escalate the query to be looked into.

Called MTN, Spoken to Lusinda regarding how our number was ported with out our knowledge and permission, she says must take it up with Telkom.

We can't even get otp's due to this. The new number MTN replacement with out our knowledge is ***
