Telkom and Mtn Contract phones spam/*****

Telkom on the 1st of March 2019 09H43 I was billed R 867.73 for a phone contract that I never took , and that contract I never even got any email communication as to I took a contract phone At Alberton. The number is ********** . Again I think the same person opened another phone contract at Mtn Worth R 1555.48 which I was debited on the 1st of march 2019 09H43. I don't have a contract phone at mtn nor at Telkom. I cant keep on reversing as it will impact bad on my Credit score its unfair that such things are not thoroughly Checked.
