Telkom and Mondo Is ****

The **** company with useless agents.

I have spoken to a number of people. Gone to the store to cancel my contract. This was last year 19 November 2019 the contract was request to be cancelled. The contract only got cancelled in February 2020.

1 The sim card could not connect in the area I was. 2. I requested it to be cancelled and was given the run around. 3. Now that it is cancelled I am billed for something that I didnt use.

Today i am listed on ITC for R441 which can be paid but no one can give me a bill. And I am also questioning the bill.

Mondo Telkom people please never make use of them. The customer service is non existance.
