Telkom and mondo horrible service

Where do I start I app**** for a 10 gig data only sim of Telkom sold from mondo which was 99 rand the consultant confirmed it works in my area I received my package days late from the initial date after receiving the package they said it’s active but it wasn’t working I tried on 2 different phones and 5 modems still didnt work I called mondo and another consultant checked my query and said it doesn’t work in my area lol so I cancelled the contract a day after receiving the package I now have been waiting over 4 months for a cancellation but it’s being delayed as they said or they say they waiting for TELKOM they deduct ridiculous amounts from my account like on the 25 of October 2019 mondo or Telkom deducted 400 rand from a 99 rand deal and no one wants to help I then spoke to TELKOM and my query went 20 different departments and still nothing has changed they are basically *****ing from me so I thought I would share this with everybody
