Telkom and mondo de*****ed me

I took up a R99 data sim with Telkom after I received a call from a Mondo salesman, I asked him if there was coverage for Telkom data in my area Lephalale and he said yes, 5 July 2019 on Friday it was delivered, when I tried to use it, it had no coverage at all, cooling off period was 5 days, Monday the 8th I called Telkom to cancel and sent mondo and email. Mondo said they would cancel with Telkom, month end of July debit order went off, again in August till to day the 1st of November for a product I have never used. I went to Telkom store in Lephalale mall, they logged a cancellation and gave me a number as a reference saying I would be called within 7 days from cancellation department, never received it, I called after the lodge was on the 2nd of September to ask at Telkom if it’s canceled and it was said yes it’s canceled.

I went to buy a router last week at Lephalale Telkom store and I was told my account is showing Leonard Makhama, whom I don’t know and never heard of him, they say I am paying his account.

I want all my money back!
