Telkom and Mondo and Cell direct no one knows a thing!

Did an online submission to purchase a mobile.A consultant identified herself from “Telkom” took down all my details including banking details. It has been a week so I tried to follow up. Called the 10213 number the Telkom consultants told me it is not on system nothing of my order. Then I call the numbers provided to speak to both cell direct another company who also said no details on system. Then I call mondo trying to trace my order. Nothing on their system so now here I am chasing up trying to receive some direction and communication about my order. Utterly disappointed!!! Telkom is supposed to be a reputable company. They just keep making me jump between the companies and I’ve been on hold from 11.00 - 13. 30. Enough said!!!!
