Telkom and Mondo

I have had the most painful and degrading experience with Telkom and not once but twice

I bought a contract phone through Mondo and it was delivered and I was not happy with what they falsely sold on the phone then I called them and they collected the phone via courier

All of a sudden I'm a continuously billed for a phone I returned, I sent an email asking what is happening now, you took the phone hence I no longer had it contract should have been canceled. A guy called and told me I should have returned the phone then cancel contract, no one told me that even with the first incident all of a sudden I was supposed to cancel it myself, he was nit even willing to listen to my concerns and just told me they will take actions

What about the fact that someone did not do their job, on the first incident there was no record that the phone was collected by the courier and I'm wondering if the same did not happen with this two. Last time to restore my name I paid for a number that was active and allocated to someone else this time I insisted that they fix their issues but all was in vain
