Telkom and Mondo

*** *** *** *** *** I was contacted by Telkom regarding the above references. I was told that there would be an investigation about my query. After the investigation was done, the query was resolved in my favour. The consultant informed me that I would receive a full refund of all the amounts that I paid to Telkom. This query was "resolved" in July this year and I have not received my refund yet. The service from Telkom and Mondo is terrible. I need my refund urgently.
