Telkom and MCS

07/2019 the cables in our neighborhood was ****** i lodged a fault report.(***1) and i received a query number ***2. i was informed that they will not provide land line services to my location any more and must upgrade my my line to mobile to landline. did not do that. Telkom owes me money and i thought that is the end of it because they ended the contract. now 2 years latter i received a sms from MCS stating that i owe them 800 rand for not paying my account. I phoned Telkom and was told that they cant do any thing about it. i did not receive any notice of final demand from Telkom. if i did i would have cleared up the matter. I phoned MCS but could not get into contact with them. TODAY I REVEIVED A SMS from MCS SAYING THAT I CAN GET DISCOUNT ON MY MONEY OWED. TELKOM OWS ME MONEY AND I WANT IT . SO MCS do your job and go get my money by Telkom!!
