Telkom and LG bad service

<p> </p> <p>I took a mobile phone contract with Telkom end January 2016.In this year the phone on the contract ,a LG G4 hardly worked and was replaced in october 2016 after a 2 months wait with another LG G4 in even worse condition.This second phone is now for the 2 nd time in repairs for getting so hot ,it switches itself off and can not be used.I am waiting for a month now to have it returned ! Also,I requested an explanation of what,if anything, was repaired the 1st time. Out of the almost 12 months into the contract more than 3l months I had no phone to use,being in repairs. I requested that this phone,LG G 4 be replaced by another make of phone so I can actually use my contract and be refunded for the 3 months i couldn t use my account.<br />With respect and many thanks,Camelia Onea.</p>
