Telkom and it's pathetic service.

Absolutely DISGUSTED at "customer service" from telkom mobile. As a customer for four years I have decided to cancel any contract I have with them due to TERRIBLE network. It never works. This is not even the reason for my complaint.

Their upgrade department has been hounding me even though my husband and I have both made it crystal clear we do not wish to remain on telkom metwork.

That's not all, their telesales rep (Not one but all that called me) has an attitude like she's doing me a favour by upgrading me. She has the nerve to tell me she can't keep going back and forth trying to upgrade me. I DONT WANT TO BE UPGRADED!

The next rep tells me I'm lying that the network doesn't work because she has my bill and I used X amount for calls in the previous month. So how can I say telkom network is ****?

Even if I was contemplating keeping telkoms useless contract, I will without a doubt now cancel it because of their RUDE disgusting attitude filled sales people. Absolutely no ethics and clearly no training in sales.

I rather pay exorbitant prices on other networks at least I will have a working network and phone.

Down with telkom. Keep your pathetic service and give it to your even more pathetic sales reps.

Learn some professionalism. Sorry excuse for a service provider.
