Telkom and it's non-existant SIM card

I have a Telkom account that I have never used in my entire life. I entered into it telephonically and when it expired after two years, I received a call to renew and I declined because at that time I didn't even have the SIM with me. I also cancelled the debit order to go through. They have been hounding me for something I don't use and gladly declined. I will never pay for something I am not using or something I requested cancellation on.
