Telkom and it's many call centre's

Telkom's services are poor Been send pillar to post just for a copy of my contract they have to many 3rd parties calling you to take up contractors but they can not provide you with any paper work.

How do you bill someone on a monthly basis not having a copy of the agreement for the contract.
