Telkom and its incompetants staff..

My Wifi was disconnected for short payment.Pyment was done now Telkom have no clue how to reconnect me.Depleted all my minutes , bought airtime spending hours with them on the phone.Lawson you are a incompetant lyer who dunno what you doing.Telling me there a problem in the area after more than half hour with you on the phone.Just wanted to get rid of me.Its day three...My wife work from home ..She didnt work for the whole week..How difficult can it be..Switch off..Switch on..Reconnect..Send a technician if you must.Ive been to R55 store they too cant help..App continuesly saying there a problem on their side..FFS WHAT WORK OF TELKOM?..Guess what ..Im paying you this month...But it will be my last..Finding a new service provider...
