Telkom and it's horrible staff

I am extremely disappointed in Telkom and its service, I've been apart of the business for some years and this is by far the worst experience.

A lady by the name of Nare Bella Tsebe ,was sent all the information requested from myself to process my refund all this is done on the 3/06/2022.

To date 20/06/2022, I haven't had a email sent to me as a follow up nor have I received my refund.
