Dear Telkom. An *********** staff member disconnected our landine and internet service on 17 December 2019 on instruction for a relocation on 31 Januarie 2020. Now today, 3 weeks before the relocation, you want to install a line and connect the internet. What reading and understanding s****s does your staff have? You are not able to understand you messed up and have lost a loyal customer of over 30 years.
