TELKOM AND ITS DISGUSTING SERVICE

We have been with telkom since 1975 and the service received has been nothing but disgusting

We are running a car dealership from february our lines have not worked

We called numerous times for them to see to them

No one came out or cared

Take not we have been paying for 4 lines that just sit and dont work which is nonsense After the lock down still no lines and i requested cancellation which i have all teh emails and endless calls

Even that was a problem to do ,no one would assist or cancel . After a fight the account is cancelled now in AUGUST only I was being charged all these months for lines that are not being used or working

They have even charged re connection fees each month which is nonsense as we are being charged re connection on broken cancelled lines Telkom is just ripping us off !!!!! They told me to pay the arrears and they would recalculate the account

Which they have NOT done and they keep sending me invoices adding on each one .

I need further assistance in this as NO ONE CARES AND THEY NOT ASSISTING TO FIX OUR ACCOUNT , WE NEED THIS ACCOUNT RECTIFIED ASAP .
