TELKOM AND IT'S DATA *******F!!!!!

For the passed 4 my data with Telkom doesn't last long enough. I called on the 7th of Sept 2021 and till today, they haven't called me back or any feedback from their end. They've opened a case and I have the case number but no feedback at all. I recharge with 10GB and it doesn't more than 2 weeks and sometime less than a week. I have been recharging 10GB every week or so, and I am tired of it now... TOTAL *******!!! I NEED MY DATA BACK
