Telkom and its agents is a sham

My ordeal started when I paid (EFT) my contract installment (29 Jul) before the due date (1 Aug) that was stipulate on my invoice, the biggest most terrible mistake ever. I was pestered with SMSes of non payment, until I made a follow up call to enquire. To my surprise the funds were not reflecting on their side. I made efforts to assist in providing proof of payment on the 7th Aug with an aid of the call center agent via email. I sent an email to *** requesting to allocated the funds to the correct account number, still to date non of my request has been granted/honoured. I made countless calls to agents: Ntokozo, Nolisizo and Clarkn who seemed to be helping but no assistance at all. The level of ignorance to clients who pay their salaries is soon coming to an end. Ever since my request is still pending and not attended to, the level of undermining and don't care attitude will yield to Telkom loosing clients with endless bad reviews. I urge all future clients to read reviews on HelloPeter before making decisive decisions when signing up for contracts. Telkom is a ****!!!
