telkom and istore do fradulant contracts

so my contract with Telkom had just ended and I went to the store in Sandton city for an upgrade and I was informed that they do not have apple products in store and I should go to an istore, they have Telkom consultants there and I will be assisted there. I went to the istore on Sandton drive and I was assisted by a consultant called Christopher who took down my details and told me he will call me back as the application has to go for vetting, i never received any call even after following up twice. next thin i receive an invoice for a cell phone bill. i never received the cell phone nor was i contacted by anyone. i went back to Telkom and i was told to go to iStore as they know nothing about the deals there ( yet i was told by them to go to istore in the first place) i went to istore and the store manager Lufuno Nedzamba to resolve the matter, i was never contacted and then i went back to the store, she promised to call me back the next day and Im still awaiting her phone call, sheis rude on email and still has has not resolved the matter. my account is now going to be debited for a cell phone i do not have and a contract i did not sign for. i follow up everyday but still no assistance from the manager
