Telkom and Hugo & Ngwenya attorneys. Bullying clients!

I requested Telkom te cancel my ADSL service on 6 October 2017, backdated to the last day I received active data from them on my line which was 16 September 2017. They only cancelled my service in December 2017, and now handed me over to Hugo & Ngwenya Attorneys and added my name to the credit bureau list for supposedly owing them R1250. You billed me for services I cancelled and now you are affecting my credit score! And dont even try calling Telkom , never mind the useless attorneys who could not even provide me with a statement in 3 weeks.
