telkom and hotmaster

<p>been trying to get ahold of telkom for about two weeks,i want to discuss getting a Static Ip,iv called the the call center over a tho***and times and they all cluesless.after going back and forth between stores and calling themwith luck i got to point wher they told me to email hotmaster and i bshall get a reply which i did and got no reply,the service is beyond poor,all consultants and techinicains in the stores are quick to say they dont get any training on telkoms products,the link for a product i wwanted is here https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/shop/plan/static-ip/#!plan-detail-3504 no call center consultant or in-store consultant knows about it,its fraustrating and poor from telkom</p>
