Telkom and Finsure are useless and ***********

My phone was ****** more than 3 weeks ago. What an absolute nightmare dealing with both Finsure and Telkom to get a replacement. Telkom don’t communicate nor answer any of their phones, they’re sloppy and ***********. They even filled my initial contract wrong (it reflected that I didn’t have insurance). Then sim swop was done incorrectly. How do you provide me with a new contract number as a sim swop. Finsure took more than two weeks to add me on to their system and start investigations. They’re both useless entities. Fast forward almost a month later. No replacement phone!! No communication
