Telkom and Finrite, Poor service

I am extremely disappointed that a great company such as Telkom would affiliate themselves with Finrite Administrators. I have purchased a mobile phone with Telkom and unfortunately insured it with Finrite for over 2 yrs. I gave in my phone for repairs, it came back after a month STILL requiring the same repair because they couldn't fix it. I ofcourse sent it back on the very same say they gave it to me because they couldn't fix it. Now, their policy states that they should be paying me out or replace my phone with a brand new one since they cannot repair it. Instead, my phone is still with them for 2 months now. It's clear they cant fix it. Drenched in a bucket of regrets and disappointment. Telkom, you have great deals but Finrite is definitely making your clients unhappy. At this instance, i want nothing to do with either.
