Telkom and Finrite is Bad.

Handed my phone in on the 1st of October for a screen Repair, told me it will take 3 days and once paid for excess they will finish phone and i will take at most 3days to get to me. Sorry it is now 27 days later and i still don't have a Answer how far my phone is. I call they take my number and say they will call me back. Nothing for over 2 weeks. Can't get hold of anyone at all. This is really **** service, please stay away from them. Telkom and Finrite, just don't get back to you at all.
