Telkom and Finrite is a complete disaster

Telkom introduced me to Finrite insurance but can not fight for me to get my devices back. It has been 6 months waiting for a phone that was to be repaired for a minor fault. They took their time confirming receipt of the device till I called in and have them read out messages that were apparently sent to me. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement these actions defeat the purpose of having insurance. Telkom should cut ties with finrite because we are not happy with the injustice of the service received.
