Telkom and Finrite Insurance DONT BOTHER!

I have Telkom Insurance on my contract and am paying close to R100 a month for it which is rather steep for mobile insurance to begin with, regardless I would recommend that no one out there take this insurance policy underwritten by Finrite. My phone was ****** over a month ago and I opened a case at the police station, then they still wanted an affidavit despite there being a case number, which shows they are lazy to do their job and get the documents from the police station. After I had sent all the documents they said they are waiting now for a call report from Telkom. Well that was over a month ago. Every time I phone them and I am lucky to get through on their terrible line, I am kept on hold for 15 - 20 minutes, only for either the call to be dropped or to be told the same story over and over again; "Sorry sir we are still waiting for the call report, there is a backlog." To top it all, for some reason they used my old MTN number on my policy from years ago, not even the number that my contract is on! This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I plan on changing service providers completely in the near future, the data signal was wonderful with Telkom before, but that too has gone downhill to the extent I can't even google search anything anymore.
