TELKOM AND FINRITE INSURANCE ARE A ****!

Took out an insurance policy with telkom and their partnering company finrite. Lost my phone about a week back and its been over 7 days to no correspondence from telkom or finrite. Don't bother taking the insurance it's not worth it, get your own insurance company instead. Finrite is always busy with high volume calls, been calling them for an entire week at different times of the day, there's really no appropriate time to get ahold of them. STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM AND FINRITE!
