TELKOM AND FINRITE ARE B S

This company has had my phone for over 3 months. I have paid the excess and I am still being billed by Telkom for the phone. This is incompetence to the highest measure. I am struggling with reaching Unisa. I am struggling with connecting for work purposes. This is not fair
