Telkom and Ecolls are clueless about service

After debiting my outstanding amount Telkom says it will take 7 to 10 working days to activate the account which includes two weekends. What a horrible service by Telkom and Ecolls. Why should a debit order take 2 weeks to reflect in a system. Ecolls and Telkom are clueless about what they are doing. Busy taking our hard earned money for no service at all.
