Telkom and Digital planet does not care about Customer service don't use them

USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!

I purchased a router through Telkom that includes a 55inch tv I would highly recommend not going for this deal as Telkom partnered with a company very incapable of delivering. The TV was ordered on the 20 Jan 2020 and took delivery of the router together with the voucher to claim the TV on the 24th at first we could not get the voucher claimed and after endless phone calls managed to claim the TV on the 28th January 2020. I got a notification saying our TV will be delivered within the next 3-5 working days. After 5 days we called Digital planet (Very unprofessional staff) and ask to please get an update upon which we were told that they are awaiting stock. but will get over the weekend so Monday I get a message saying stock will only arrive in 15 working days. This is absolutely unacceptable and when ever I contact Telkom or Digital planet they just log a ticket and do nothing about it they are the two most *********** companies I ever had to deal with and I am considering canceling this deal together with the 3 other contracts I have with Telkom. No one takes ownership not 1 person follows up they probably have 4 open tickets and not 1 single phone call to me to explain what is going on.

On top all of this up Telkom has already made Feb invoice out to include the TV for Jan and Feb. This is not the way to conduct business and surely not legal.
