Telkom and ****py internet and false advertising!

I would like to cancel my ADSL Contract as i have up to 4mbps and only get 2.2mbps if i am luck, i wanted to upgrade and was told that i cant even though there is 10mbps available in my area.... Telkom does not have a fibre service in my area even though there is fibre available so i want to cancel the contract and i am more than willing to pay for the device as it has been used...

I want to rather move to a ISP that offers fibre in my area as it will be less costly for me and better for me.

All the telkom agents i spoke to just dont seem to care and just argue each time...
