Telkom and Courier-It. I give up

I was approached by Telkom to change over to the new FLLA type phone. They told me a courier company would deliver the new phone to me and RICA me at the same time - I had to have copies of the necessary original documents on hand. Firstly Telkom gave the courier company 2 addresses, the courier company, Courier-It, never phoned to get the correct one. When the phone was finally delivered the courier took the necessary RICA documents with him after he was also shown the originals. Guess what, all my phones are now dead, Telkom claims I am not RICA'd and Courier-It has no idea what happened. Lovely.
