Telkom and clients data

Data theft from poor people, I sit with Show pieces I sent to icasa and telkom, nothing came of it ICASA which they claim as the control board for advertising campaigns and what mandates, until now my dispute was never resolved , the BCCSA, refers the complaint to Icasa, there is simply no mandate left, lion without teeth.
