Telkom and Cell Direct bad experience

I have a problem with CellDirect callcentre. They delivered the cell phone(device) last week Monday and I told them to come and take the Phone because I don’t like it. When I ask them to escalate the matter, they always says their manager are not in the office ever since last week. I have a very bad experience with this company as they represent Telkom.

And I will not allow Telkom to take my money for this phone.
