TELKOM AND BRAIDAIN LOGISTICS IS ****ED UP

I bought P50 Pocket early this year in January, later in October the plastic cover of the screen peeling off and I took back. Later after 3 weeks I received an sms from Bradian Logistics with a quotation of R20750. 00 of which they claim that they have found more damages in the phone. I didn't pay that money and requested that they should bring my phone back of which I had to pay R185. 99for the courier. It came back on Monday which was 06 November 2023 and only to find that the didn't close up my phone up to its normal standard. The back glass of the camera it's cracked and not functioning. They did not even bother to fix what they broke. So I have been trying to get them to fix my phone and they say they won't fix one broken glass they have to fix everything which cost R20750. 00. I am currently paying for that phone and it has been a month and 2 weeks not utilizing it. Telkom is not even trying to assist with this matter. The manager at Telkom Mall of the North in Limpopo province(POLOKWANE) she's not helping nor communicating with me. I need help with getting my phone fixed or they give me a new one since I am paying for this phone. Please help me with this matter I have pictures of before and after of the phone.
