TELKOM AND BRADIAN LOGISTICS SOLUTION

My phone recently just went black and i took it back to Telkom Cresta and they said they will book it in, i later received a call from Bradian Logistics Solutions that my phone's LCD was cracked. I had to pay R190 to get my phone back because they expected me to know that it was cracked inside. I was very hurt by this and they went as far as not putting back the sim card slot . Such a big company like Telkom to such : (
