Telkom and Bradian Logistic Solutions are ******

Telkom and Bradian Logistics Solutions have the worst service and care ever. On the 29th June 2019 we dropped off a phone Huawei P20 Lite Mate at Telkom Melrose for a back cover replacement. The phone was working fine the back cover only cracked and needed to be replaced. We were the quoted R1612.36 by Bradian Logistics, we declined the quote and were requested to pay R189.75 to release the phone. Little did we know this was the beginning of headache. we collected the phone from Telkom to only find that the phone doesn't switch on. complaint was done with Telkom as when we dropped off the phone it was working and the have record of that we even complained to the Agent at Bradian Logistics who even said the open phones for assessment which we even asked why as the only thing we needed changed was the back cover.

Telkom came back to us and told us that we signed the terms and conditions. so we agreed to have our contract phone damaged is what they are telling us. Telkom and Bradian Logistics are ******. I am cancelling the contract with Telkom this phone was still new we took the contract January

Don't ever take in your phone to Telkom for repairs
