TELKOM AND BAD SERVICE

I would like to express my disappointment in the manner in which, my mother was treated by your organisation , she had reported a matter with regards to her land line to the Lakeside Mall, Benoni branch and was made to call the head office , she has been sent from pillar to post since 2017. it is now two years later and no one is welling to assist . the service my mom received is totally atrocious . i am really disappointed
