Telkom and all its employees are ***********

Telkom is the worst service provider i have ever used! I am so completely livid, my line has been cut since last week yet i do not have an outstanding balance! The call center agents are of no help at all, they are as *********** and ineffective as the service provider itself. As soon as i can afford to, i am buying out my contract because i refuse to deal with Telkom any longer! There is no accountability what so ever, no matter where you escalate your queries. Nothing happens...as a customer you must just accept what you get! i hope you all burn in hell for the amount of stress you have put me through thus far! every single damn employee!
