Telkom and akinga vertical service provider *****ing ur airtime

Since July my airtime had been vanishing today I discovered telkom has deducted R9 each day including an extra R5 once a week. Im a prepaid subscriber and also unemployed atm. I spoke to a consultant and she basically kept on telling me that I requested. I told her I never used any of those services not do I know anything regarding innovate entertaime yellow dot TV and happy tubetv. I want my airtime ****** refunded on which she hung up.
