Telkom and admin Plus ****

Telkom Billing, they have their insurance department called Admin Plus Insurance. for all their devices, i have cancelled my insurance October and am told that by 3 consultant i need to send proof of cancellation to them and i did but i have not yet received feedback and no dispute has been logged for my cancellation or refund
