Telkom and Admin Plus

I have experienced the worst possible treatment from my current service provider (Telkom) together with their Administration Plus in regards to my cell phone device and with one of their Consultants in particular delivering below par services and I would like to express my disappointment in the way I was treated and no acknowledgment for their error
