TELKOM AND ADMIN PLUS

I am sharing this today to look for help and make people aware of this **** I took acontract phone from telkom in March 2022 they convinced me to take insurance called admin plus i managed to pay my fone of in June 2022 and cancelled the contract but kept the insurance telkom decide to close the telkom sim card understandeble since i dont have a contract with them so since the sim card didnt it had no use to be in the phone now unfortunatly i lost that phone now get told by ADMIN PLUS THAT THEY CANT COVER MY PHONE SINCE IT GOT LOST WITH OUT A TELKOM SIM CARD AFTER TELKOM CLOSE THE SIM CARD AND DID NOT TELL ME TO CANCEL THE INSURENCE I HAVE BEEN PAYING THE INSUREANCE TILL THIS DAY HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE
