Telkom and accidentally purchase!!! 🚩

@telkommobile, i accidentally bought airtime worth of R1000 last night 18 May 2023 when i had intended to buy R100 airtime using my Capitec App. I called both Capitec and Telkom for assistance and you both referred me to the other one for assistance. What’s weird about this whole thing is the fact that you as a network provider, refuse to refund my transaction when you’re the ones who create the tokens.. what’s even more unfair is the fact that, my sister once made the same transaction and called you, you asked her what amount she intended to buy and your retracted and amount of R900 from her mobile number and refunded her the R900… this is quite unfair and your call centre agents, hung up on me earlier today when i called again to request for a third party company that is between you and the bank.
