Telkom, an endless pit of Problems!

The telkom connection in Barkly-West Northern Cape, is more offline than on. We pay in full for a half baked service. a week ago, we were off for almost a full week, this is not acceptable at all! What's wrong with your towers?? No battery pack back up? No maintenance? WHAT??? I also have a totally useless mobile phone Sim contract, were not able to use it since day one! They are quick to disconnect your service, but extremely slow to sort out problems on their side, we are seriously considering to get rid of this money hungry NO SERVICE provider! You Suck!
