Telkom -an embarrassment to the country

What a disgrace. It’s been 7 months now since I have been trying to get my phone line working. They keep saying they will send someone out but in truth in Telkom style it’s one lie after another. You wait forever for someone to answer and yet they are never able to assist. The managers know they are terrible and so you are unable to ever talk to the managers and supervisors. In theory you give them your details and a manager will call you back. I have done this more than 20 times and I’m still waiting. It’s a real shame that in a country where unemployment is so high, Telkom still chooses to hire *********** people when there are so many able people desperate for jobs
