Telkom.. An absolute disgrace

Telcom offers a disgraceful service. For the second time in 2 months I have had no service at all (dead line), in this case for more than 10 days. I have 500 unisa students online and have to use a cell phone. Numerous phone calls have had no effect. No technicians have ever contacted me or come to assess the problem. This is probably the worst service I have ever had. Absolute disgrace!
